How It Works
The Water Injector Spider System is designed for speed, simplicity, and precision. At the heart of the system is a central manifold that distributes water evenly to each cell through flexible tubing. Each cell is equipped with a patented injector valve that automatically shuts off when the electrolyte reaches the correct level, ensuring consistent and safe filling.
To operate the system, simply connect the INJ-CP coupling to your water source. This coupling is compatible with a variety of water delivery tools, including the INJ-HCT HydroMax Watering Cart, the INJ-MINI Mobile Watering Cart, the INJ-607 Fill Link, or the INJ-DF DirectFill Hose Assembly. Once connected, water flows through the manifold and into each cell simultaneously—filling the entire battery in 15 seconds or less.
This closed-loop system eliminates the need to open battery caps or monitor individual cells during watering, reducing labor time and minimizing the risk of acid exposure or overfilling.
