How It Works

The BasicBlinky uses a lead-based probe inserted into a battery cell to detect electrolyte levels. When the electrolyte is above the probe tip, the LED flashes green. When the level drops below the tip, the light turns off—signaling that the battery needs watering. This simple, intuitive system eliminates the need for manual checks and helps prevent overfilling.

The patented circuit design prevents false readings caused by leakage paths or dirty battery surfaces. The monitor is engineered to last the life of the battery, making it a smart investment for any battery maintenance program.
