Acid Containment Systems

Our acid containment systems are available in a range of standard sizes, but we understand that battery racks and industrial spaces can vary widely. If your battery rack has unique measurements or your space requires a custom solution, simply email us at sales@powRparts.com with your dimensions. We'll help you select the right fit or provide a quote for a custom-sized acid containment system tailored to your needs. Custom sizing ensures optimal coverage and safety compliance for your battery room or warehouse.

Our acid containment systems are purpose-built for industrial applications like battery rooms, warehouses, and material handling environments. Each system includes FR-rated (fire-resistant) acid absorbing and neutralizing pillows and liners, providing a dual layer of safety for unexpected leaks or spills. This system is designed not only to contain spilled acid but also to neutralize it, minimizing risk to personnel and equipment. The 4-inch standard sidewalls offer ample containment for most battery rack setups, and the fire-resistant materials meet rigorous industrial safety standards.

Our acid containment systems are designed for straightforward installation under battery racks—no specialized tools required for most setups. Each system comes with easy-to-follow instructions. If you have questions about compatibility, installation, or need guidance for a custom layout, our knowledgeable support team is available via live chat or email.
