How It Works
The Injector Battery Watering System uses a centralized tubing layout to distribute water from a single connection point to each cell. Each cell is equipped with a patented injector valve that precisely controls the water level. When the electrolyte reaches the correct height, the valve shuts off automatically—ensuring every cell is filled accurately and safely.
To operate the system, connect the INJ-CP coupling to your water source. This coupling is compatible with several water delivery tools, including the INJ-HCT Watering Cart, INJ-MINI Mobile Watering Cart, INJ-607 Fill Link, and INJ-DF DirectFill Hose Assembly. Once connected, water flows through the tubing and into each cell simultaneously. The entire process takes less than 30 seconds and requires no monitoring of individual cells.
This closed-loop system eliminates the need to remove battery caps or manually check fluid levels, reducing labor time and minimizing the risk of acid exposure or spills.
