Shipping is a flat fee of $495 for the shipment from our warehouse to your site.Β
Where can rental batteries be delivered?
We currently deliver to commercial addresses within the contiguous United States. The delivery location must have a receiving dock, and liftgate delivery is not available at this time. Contact us if you have questions about delivery to your location.
How long is my rental contract?
Thereβs no long-term commitment. Keep the battery for as long as you need it and return it when youβre finished.
How is rental pricing calculated?
Rental batteries are billed at a fixed monthly rate, so your monthly cost stays the same throughout your rental. If you prefer to own the battery, inventory is also available for purchase.
How do I cancel my rental?
You can manage your rental through your customer account. Simply navigate to Subscriptions to cancel your rental when youβre ready to return the battery or email us at sales@powRparts.com and we can assist.
How do I return my rental battery?
Batteries should be returned to 174 Collins St, Suite 108, Memphis, TN 38112. You are responsible for return shipping charges.
When does my monthly rental begin?
Your rental begins at the time of payment. Shipment can be expected within 2 business days. Β
When does billing stop after I cancel?
When PowRparts receives the return battery, your subscription will be considered complete.
What if the battery is damaged during my rental?
Email us at sales@powRparts.comΒ if you experience any damage to your battery during the rental period. Additional fees for repair may apply.
Can I purchase the battery Iβm renting?
